We're seeking an Electrical Engineer - Power Generation to join our team at our Port Washington, Wisconsin location. This role is part of a job family (Associate Engineer, Engineer, Senior Engineer, and Principal Engineer) where experience will be the determining factor.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate system performance through modeling and develop system designs for efficient power generation.
- Oversee construction, maintenance and/or operations activities, including incident investigations, troubleshooting systems and equipment, and testing materials.
- Prepare engineering designs and perform basic engineering calculations to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Read and understand electrical drawings, assist with energy isolation packages, and perform basic equipment testing, troubleshooting and data analysis.
In this role, you'll support more advanced troubleshooting activities and demonstrate a developing technical and operation knowledge of assigned equipment and/or systems. You'll also contribute to improving equipment and system reliability, efficiency and performance by using performance monitoring/optimization tools.
