- Working with business units, contractors and suppliers to define and schedule resources to meet material and service requirements.
- Ordering, receiving and inventorying materials using SAP.
- Monitoring storeroom levels and conducting physical reviews to investigate discrepancies.
- Unloading materials, inspecting them for damage and entering data into the computer for identification and tracking purposes.
- Distributing materials to internal and external customers.
- Preparing materials for delivery at various locations in the WE service territories.
- Coordinating packaging and site delivery of materials and equipment as requested by business units.
- Delivering materials to job sites or other service centers.
