What are the responsibilities and job description for the Rental Property Manager/Rental Coordinator position at WEC Rentals?
Local long-time rental property agency is seeking to fill full-time position Rental Property Manager/Rental Coordinator. This position requires great organizational and leadership skills and clear communication skills. Other qualities that are expected are being able to follow already set practices and procedures, being punctual, responsible, and dependable, trustworthy. This person oversees both residential and commercial properties mainly in the La Crosse and Coulee Region area.
This multifaceted position in a fast-paced environment consists of:
- High level of communication with tenants, vendors and other team members through phone calls, text messages and email correspondence
- Screening prospective tenants through an application process
- Scheduling/coordinating maintenance based on priority on daily/weekly basis
- Advertising/showing open units
- Assist with the turnover of units (some cleaning/yard work)
- General Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
- **NOTE: Weekday evenings and Weekend hours may be possible but only to respond to emergency issues and unit showings. (Potential tenants tend to have more availability for showings after work or on the weekends)
- Other duties as requested/needed
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree in Business Management or Marketing
- Valid Driver's License with dependable transportation
- Know Microsoft Office
*Prior Property Management Experience, Preferred (Not Required)*
