Position Objective: Join our dynamic team at Wecan Wireless as a team member dedicated to supporting customers by addressing questions about AT&T wireless phone plans, devices, and other related services.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in English and fluent in Vietnamese (speaking, reading, writing)
• Strong multitasking abilities; capable of managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously with efficiency and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused mindset, with a commitment to providing exceptional service

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or telecommunications
• Familiarity with wireless technology and mobile phone plans
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
