WeCare at Jameson Care Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Weekend Baylor! As a Weekend Baylor, you will be responsible for overseeing patient care on weekends, providing direct nursing care as needed, and ensuring that high-quality care is delivered to all residents.
Work every Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm

Get paid for a full 40 hour work week!
Key Responsibilities
Assume responsibility to ensure the provision of nursing care to the facilities residents.- Ensure adherence to DOH regulations and guidelines.
- Provides direct resident care as needed.
- Direct and supervise the day-to-day function of the nursing staff.
- Manage the flow of care.
- Attend nursing leadership meetings.
- All other duties as assigned.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Graduate of approved Registered Nurse (RN) Program.- 1-2 years experience as a Registered Nurse in acute care/long term care setting is preferred.
- 1-2 years supervisory experience preferred.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of PA
- Ability to work with a team.
- Ability to adjust to changing conditions and situations.
