We are actively seeking motivated Dietary Aides for our community in Murrysville, PA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain kitchen work areas clean and organized.
- Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and food plates.
- Prepare meals, snacks, and nourishments in accordance with sanitary regulations and facility standards.
- Serve food according to established portion control procedures.
- Ensure served meals are palatable, appetizing, and at the right temperature.
- Deliver food from steam tables or transport carts to resident areas.
- Honor residents' dietary preferences and restrictions.
- Restock food supplies for next day production.
- Assist cooks as directed.
- Follow proper hand washing techniques and safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Ability to meet health compliance and competency requirements.
- Effective communication and literacy skills.
- Completion of state required background check.
- Prior experience preferred.
