Key Responsibilities
Tracks and verifies all employee hours, overtime, and call outs daily.- Ability to rearrange staff schedule.
- Manage the facility labor management process.
- Reviews and tracks requests for time off.
- Coordinates scheduling changes with management.
- Serves as a liaison with staff.
- Responds to emergency situations and calls offs to ensure coverage.
- Reconciles nursing timecard daily.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Long term care experience.- Previous scheduling experience.
