WeCare at Rolling Meadows is actively seeking a motivated Food Service Director for our community in Waynesburg, PA. Our Food Service Director will manage and supervise the dietary staff. This person assumes responsibility for their team based on polices and procedures and the federal, state requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Preform and lead small groups of assistants in food preparation, serving and clean up.
- Often preforms the job assignments of the dietary aide, cook, and dishwasher positions as needed.
- Able to operate a variety of industrial kitchen equipment.
- Provide leadership support and guidance to ensure food quality standards are met.
- Ensure customer service expectations are met.
- Control inventory levels.
