Responsibilities :
Telecom System Administration : Manage and maintain the organization's phone systems (VoIP, PBX, etc.), video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Webex), and other communication tools.
Troubleshooting and Support : Provide technical support to end-users for telecom-related issues, including troubleshooting phone problems, resolving video conferencing issues, and assisting with other communication platforms.
Vendor Management : Liaise with telecom vendors to manage contracts, services, and billing.
System Configuration and Upgrades : Configure and update telecom systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
Documentation : Maintain accurate documentation of telecom systems, configurations, and procedures.
Inventory Management : Track and manage telecom equipment and inventory.
Cost Optimization : Monitor telecom usage and identify opportunities to optimize costs.
Training and Support : Provide training and support to end-users on how to use telecom systems and tools effectively.
Collaboration : Work closely with IT, operations, and other departments to ensure seamless communication across the organization.
Staying Up-to-Date : Keep up-to-date with the latest telecom technologies and trends.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in telecom coordination, administration, or a related role.
Strong understanding of telecommunications systems, including VoIP, PBX, and video conferencing.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

Must be located in the United States or be a U.S. permit resident.
