Help us continue our important work in renewable energy tracking by joining our team as a Staff Technical Services Coordinator.
In this role, you will provide help desk services, software support, and coordination services to the WREGIS department.
You will—
- Act as first-line help desk support, troubleshooting user issues and escalating as needed.
- Perform Know Your Customer profiles on prospective new customers.
- Perform system audits of user and organization information.
- Coordinate between vendors to ensure accuracy and non-duplication of e-Tag files. Complete upload of e-Tag files monthly.
- Provide system training to WREGIS customers and staff as required.
- Coordinate in-person and virtual user training events.
- Create and maintain documentation on system users and internal procedures.
- Implement document control and maintain security of confidential information.
- Communicate in a professional manner with all levels of the organization as well as customer and stakeholder organizations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
You will enjoy this role if you—
- Hold a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience resulting in a demonstrated ability to perform major duties.
- Have a minimum of 3–8 years’ experience in customer service, administration or an additional related service.
- Understand or are interested in renewable energy markets, trends, and standards.
- Have knowledge of, or are interested in, electric utility policies and practices.
- Maintain excellent organizational, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Have excellent computer skills, with experience in Excel and SQL.
- Are willing to help coworkers with other tasks as assigned.

Benefits and Compensation
The base hourly pay range for this full-time position is $20.47 – $25.60 discretionary pay benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and mid-point for the position across all locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
