We are pursuing a Program Manager to oversee all aspects of customer projects from the start through completion, ensuring that the work is finished on time and made to the customers’ specifications. Duties include but are not limited to: contract/purchase order review and entry, contract administration, acting as a customer liaison, and processing any change orders or expedite requests. Must have the ability to work across departmental boundaries, specifically engineering and manufacturing.

Job Description: Program Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple and diverse customers and contracts.
- Respond to customer requests for quotations and proposals.
- Establish and maintain customer relationships by serving as a single point of contact.
- Review contracts to make sure they meet the terms offered.
- Maintain workflow by monitoring steps of the process to meet customers’ expectations and deadlines.
- Provide contract-related issues resolution, both internally and externally.
- Manage record keeping for all contract-related correspondence and documentation.
- Responsible for the overall execution and success of contract or project.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 3-5 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Able to read & interpret government and commercial contracts. Possess an understanding of contract terms and conditions, quality clauses, and FAR/DFAR clauses.
- Ability to multi-task and set priorities to meet customers’ expectations and processing deadlines.
- Skill negotiating performance and pricing with customers.
- Attention to detail, organized and strong communicative skills verbal and written.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and JobBoss experience
