What are the responsibilities and job description for the Vendor Project Specialist position at Weco, Inc.?
Weco provides automotive equipment products and installation services to individuals and companies across the nation. If you have an eye for detail, a passion for providing excellent customer service, and a drive to succeed with your peers, this position might be for you!
In this position, you will handle two key roles for our company. One role is providing accurate quotes on automotive lift installations to new and existing customers. You will build quotes based off key information you receive from the customer and have these quotes approved by a supervisor. Once approved, you will provide them to the customer promptly and subsequently schedule the installation. After completion, the job will be assessed for all necessary vendor invoices and then provided to other departments for billing.
The second role will be providing for our established product shipments and installations arranged with our national accounts. You will often oversee plans and provide quotes for needed equipment. Some projects may require you to schedule installation services as well for whole stores in multiple states.
Additional duties may be given to this employee as the need arises.

Additional bonuses if you have:
- Familiarity with building/construction plans
- Experience with scheduling and scheduling software
- An understanding of QuickBooks Online
- Experience with shipping and freight
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
