Inside Sales Representative
Reports to: Inside Sales Manager
Location: Kingman, AZ
Job Summary:
Wecom Fiber is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, and driving sales through effective communication and follow-up. This role primarily involves working in a phone call center environment, where you will engage with potential and existing customers to promote our fiber optic products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new sales leads through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication methods.
- Conduct follow-up calls with leads and existing customers to assess their needs, provide product information, and address any inquiries.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations over the phone to educate customers about our offerings.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Accurately process customer orders and maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to effectively position Wecom Fiber's offerings.
- Work closely with other team members, including marketing and technical support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding sales activities, pipeline status, and overall performance.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in inside sales or a call center environment, preferably in the telecommunications or technology industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly.
- Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to providing exceptional support.
- Proven ability to close sales and achieve targets; ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
