We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Project Manager to join our team at WECTEC LLC. As a key member of our Design Engineering organization, you will be responsible for managing site projects from initiation to closeout phases.
The ideal candidate will have 6 years of project management experience in the nuclear industry, with a strong background in relevant technologies and leadership skills. They will also possess excellent team building abilities, demonstrated skill in effectively leading teams, and the ability to develop and manage project performance to ensure results meet project requirements and schedules.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage site projects from initiation to closeout phases.
- Demonstrate expertise in project management, relevant technologies, and leadership in assigned project areas.
- Develop and manage project performance to ensure results meet project requirements and schedules.
- Coordinate the resolution of technical problems and implement changes.
Key Requirements:
- 6 years of project management experience in the nuclear industry.
- 4-year degree preferred, but not mandatory.
- Major projects experience ($100M ).
- Strong P6/scheduling skills.
- Demonstrated experience with electrical, I&C disciplines focused projects.
- Demonstrated experience with online and outage processes to schedule projects.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project).
