Nuclear Project Manager Job Description:
As a Nuclear Project Manager at WECTEC LLC, you will be responsible for managing the execution of various projects, including major complex projects and smaller improvement projects. You will work closely with the project team, station stakeholders, suppliers, and executive leadership to ensure the successful completion of projects while maintaining safety and environmental compliance.
About the Requirements:
- 7 years of nuclear industry experience in construction, engineering with a minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience in project management.
- Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education.
- MUST have Nuclear Utility Project Management Experience.
- MUST be willing to work onsite at Surry Power Station.
- MUST have experience leading large capital projects full life cycle at a Nuclear Power Station.
- MUST have prior experience managing project risk through collaboration with the project team, station stakeholders, suppliers, and executive leadership.
- MUST have demonstrated ability to coordinate the resolution of technical problems and implement changes.
- MUST have prior experience working with, leading, and/or coordinating HVAC/chiller projects.
