What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operation Instructor position at WECTEC Staffing Svcs LLC?
Operations Instructor - Palisades, MI
Long term contract
- Revise and deliver lesson plans that meet all current site training requirements.
- Revise and deliver laboratory training lesson plans and evaluation guides that meet all current site training requirements.
- Develop or revise required evaluation materials as needed throughout the program. This may consist of written exam questions, Dynamic Learning Activity (DLAs), and laboratory evaluations.
- Conduct student reviews and follow up meetings to meet the program requirements of supporting and monitoring candidate performance.
- Respond to feedback received from training observations conducted.
- Perform SAT instructional duties as assigned by Training Management
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma
5 years of nuclear technical background OR
7 years of related industry experience
2 years in training/education
Effective written and oral communication skills
INPO certified
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
AS/AA in science/engineering
7 years of nuclear power plant technical experience
5 years nuclear training experience
