What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Supervisor position at WECTEC Staffing Svcs LLC?
***This is a WTSS Contrac Role***

- Reports to the Manufacturing Plant Manager
- Provide day-to-day direction to Union labor for production activities.
- Expedite resolutions (drawings) impacting production.
- Develop plan of week and report back on schedule adherence.
- Support plant safety initiatives with goal of zero recordable incidents
- Collect and share relevant operating experiences with workforce
