Our team is looking for a sharp Analyst who will support the Strategy and Data Analytics team. The Business Intelligence Analyst position is responsible for delivering data-driven insights, to help drive firmwide strategic initiatives.
- Utilize data-driven insights to drive strategic decision-making and enhance profitability
- Identify data analytics and key performance indicators that are needed to monitor progress on strategic goals
- Liaise with subject matter experts to document and prioritize data requirements
- Conduct return on investment and cost-benefit analyses, to assist in prioritizing development project budgets
- Work closely with IT colleagues to develop, test and implement high quality dashboards
- Assist with preparing high-quality ad hoc analytics, financial analysis, and modeling
- Assist with continuous improvement projects to increase operational efficiency
- Manage several concurrent projects and work effectively as part of a team or individually
- Keep abreast of industry trends, news, and events
- Perform other duties as required and assigned

The reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $65,000-$80,000. Colleagues may be eligible for additional, discretionary incentive compensation based on the colleague's and the firm's performance. At Wedbush, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at, or near, the top of the range for their role. Decisions regarding compensation are determined on a case-by-case basis and are dependent on a variety of factors including but not limited to location; skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
