Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Manage, research, and provide responses to regulatory inquiries
- Lead surveillance, analysis, and report on regulatory issues
- Maintenance of a Target Operating Model for order and transaction-based reports
- Advise on the requirements of reporting systems including but not limited to, LOPR, LTID, TRACE, Bluesheets, CAT, CAIS, Short Interest Reporting
- Development and maintenance of team policy and procedure documents
- Oversee and provide requested compliance reports to Correspondent firms
- Perform other duties as required and assigned
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university required; post graduate degrees preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience in financial services operations
- Series 99
- Knowledge of SEC and FINRA regulatory rules and industry framework
- Knowledge of FIS and BETA
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) with strong Excel skills
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
- Highly organized and able to multi-task and manage multiple projects and competing priorities without sacrificing accuracy or efficiency
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking skills, and detail oriented
