Our Multi Asset Prime Services division is looking for an intern to join our Business Supervision team for the summer. This position will work hybrid from our Chicago, Illinois office.

The reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $20.00/hr. Decisions regarding compensation are determined on a case-by-case basis and are dependent on a variety of factors including but not limited to location; skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Conduct client presentations, covering financial statements, portal navigation, and form usage to facilitate clear communication
- Perform database tasks, including developing FAQs and performing Salesforce cleanup to improve system organization
- Assist with auditing clients, including Direct Market Access (DMA) clients, exchanges, and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), identifying areas for improvement
- Provide monthly billing support, handling bill allocation and verifying accurate invoicing
- Contribute to onboarding projects and new exchange connectivity to streamline integrations
- Perform other duties and tasks as required and assigned
- Must be enrolled in an accredited university, preferably pursuing a major in finance, economics, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs and Macros) and Python preferred
- Professional presentation skills and ability to effectively interact with all organizational levels
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize daily workflow
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
