Customer Service Representative With Data Entry Experience
- Wedding Gown Preservation Company, an innovative and growing company in Endicott, seeks a full-time customer service representative to join our team.

- Monday - Thursday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Friday 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
- We are the largest wedding gown cleaning and preservation company in the country - we process approximately 1,000 wedding gowns per week
- As a wholesaler, we build relationships with bridal shops and dry cleaners across the country. Work closely with our sales team on customer service issues.
- Answer incoming calls/make outgoing calls in a positive and warm way, building relationships with our customers
- Assist our customers in a vast array of situations from simple questions to more intense situations involving upcoming wedding
- Assist with filing and order verification
- Prompt customer follow up is must

Position Requires:
- 2 years of professional customer service experience in an office environment (non-retail)
- Strong phone skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Strong writing skills
- Outgoing personality
- The ability to work as part of a team and be flexible
- Background screening required
