About the Role :

We are seeking a creative and highly motivated Content Marketing Associate to manage and grow intent-based social media accounts for two dynamic brands. This role is perfect for a passionate storyteller who understands the nuances of multiple platforms and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities :

Social Media Management :

Oversee and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, and X (Twitter) for two brands.
Develop platform-specific strategies to increase engagement, reach, and follower growth.

Content Creation & Sourcing :

Conceptualize and create compelling content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, tailored to each platform's audience.

Source relevant user-generated content and collaborate with influencers and creators to expand brand visibility.

Content Editing & Publishing :

Edit content for quality and consistency, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.

Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools, maintaining a consistent posting cadence.

Analytics & Performance Tracking :

Monitor and analyze performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of content and campaigns.

Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations to optimize strategies.

Trends & Competitor Analysis :

Stay up-to-date on emerging social media trends, tools, and algorithms.

Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.

Collaboration :

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to ensure alignment with broader brand initiatives.

Coordinate with external partners, such as freelancers and agencies, when necessary.

Qualifications :

Proven experience managing social media accounts across platforms, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.

Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.

Knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite).

Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices, trends, and audience behavior.

Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

A passion for storytelling, creativity, and brand-building.

Preferred Skills :

Experience in influencer marketing and partnerships.

Basic photography / videography skills.

Familiarity with SEO principles and how they relate to social media content.
