Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties.
- Oversee tenant relations, including leasing, move-ins, and move-outs.
- Conduct property inspections and ensure maintenance issues are resolved promptly.
- Market vacant properties and secure qualified tenants.
- Collect rent and handle financial reporting for properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal housing regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in property management, real estate, or a related field.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with local housing markets in St. Petersburg
- Real estate license
Compensation:
- This is a commission-only position with no cap on earnings.
