Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications in accordance with physician's orders and state/federal regulations
• Maintain accurate records of medication administration and document any discrepancies or issues
• Provide personal care and treatment functions for residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, ensuring their needs are met at all times

Requirements:

• High school graduate or GED equivalent
• Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program or eligible to enter such a program within 120 days from date of employment
• Ability to perform basic math functions and understand resident care procedures and standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
