Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications in accordance with physician's orders and state/federal regulations
- Maintain accurate records of medication administration and document any discrepancies or issues
- Provide personal care and treatment functions for residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, ensuring their needs are met at all times
Requirements:
- High school graduate or GED equivalent
- Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program or eligible to enter such a program within 120 days from date of employment
- Ability to perform basic math functions and understand resident care procedures and standards
