What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Analyst - Practice Onboarding position at Wedgewood Pharmacy LLC?
The Data Analyst - Practice Onboarding will be an integral part of our platform analytics and marketing team helping to drive the next wave of growth in our B2B2C business. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of the customer onboarding journey as we seek to understand implications to inventory and revenue forecasts, migrate prescription and subscription data from legacy platforms, and enable marketing teams to personalize communications. Additionally, this position will be responsible for supporting the integration of the platform with the customer’s practice management software. This is a critical role in ensuring a smooth migration and great customer experience.
Where will you work?
- This is a full-time position working onsite in one of our home offices or remotely
What you’ll do:
- Partner with our Customer Success Team to extract key data (transactions, products, pets, prescriptions etc.) from legacy platforms.
- Manage and enhance the existing data cleansing, validation, mapping and loading processes required for a successful launch.
- Provide operations and finance teams demand and unit forecasts based on a rolling launch schedule and modeled customer ramp.
- Manage multiple concurrent data migration processes and ensure timely resolution of any client issues - providing status updates to the Blue Rabbit Customer Success Team.
- Work closely with cross functional teams (engineering, sales, client success and marketing) to troubleshoot and resolve issues and improve processes.
- Create and maintain documentation for client-specific implementations, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the technical components.
- Identify areas for improvement and optimization in the technical implementation.
- Develop business intelligence dashboards and analyze post go-live platform performance for new practices to identify areas of improvement and make recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Obtained a bachelor’s degree and is interested in working with data and technology.
- Programming experience with tools like DBT/SQL, Python & R.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to think analytically.
- Experience with large data sets and advanced Excel skills required.
- Data cleansing skills (e.g. Datagroomer) and data visualization tools (Tableau or Sigma preferred) a plus.
- Highly organized and strong attention to detail.
