What are the responsibilities and job description for the Temporary - Salesforce Data Entry position at Wedgewood Pharmacy LLC?
When will you work?
- This is a temporary assignment. We can consider full, or part time work schedules based on business needs.
What you’ll do:
- Update a minimum of 100 records per day for enrichment and deduplication
- Reparenting Relationships for existing data to Proper Accounts
- Call out duplicate records to be merged for the Admin Team
- Leverage Salesforce Reporting to parse through list data and update records that match criteria
- Create New Accounts with Relevant Information where applicable for data updates
- Use the data and search the web to make connections and update Salesforce appropriately
- Infer and deduce information to make informed decisions on what data to update in Salesforce based on results
- Call out gaps in data or understanding of the updates quickly and efficiently.
What you’ve done:
- Fluent in Salesforce search capabilities and how to best leverage search for data enrichment
- A basic understanding of Salesforce Object Oriented model to ensure data accuracy and enrichment standards
- Understanding of best practices using Google Search capabilities and reviewing customer data
- Work with Microsoft Teams to communicate progress and review guidelines
