What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Support Associate position at Wedgewood Weddings?
The Wedgewood Weddings team in Temecula is seeking an addition to our dynamic Accounting Team. We are currently accepting resume submissions for a full-time Accounts Payable Specialist . This position reports to the Controller and maintains the full cycle accounts payable process of the organization through the timely input and payment of vendor invoices for multiple locations and companies.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Weekly duties include :
- High volume coding & processing of invoices received from event centers in weekly e-packets.
- Process high volume check runs (printing / matching / mailing).
- Research and reconciliation of vendor statements to ensure all invoices have been processed / paid.
- Research and resolution of any posting issues / discrepancies.
- Assist with other accounting projects and responsibilities as needed and assigned
