CCSA Role Overview
This role is an incredible way to learn the ropes in event management and wedding planning. As a CCSA (Captain, Coordinator, Sales Admin), you'll be responsible for running events like a pro, coordinating wedding planning, taking charge of rehearsal coordination and decor set up, assisting with admin tasks, and collaborating with our diverse network.
Responsibilities Include:
- Mastering the art of banquet operations - handling all the logistics, from setting up for events to managing the event team to guest sendoff at the end of the night.
- Coordinating wedding planning - getting hands-on with all the details of couples' celebrations and making sure everything runs smoothly on the big day.
- Taking charge of rehearsal coordination and decor set up - ensuring seamless day-of wedding planning, making sure every detail is perfect for the big day.
- Assisting with admin tasks - thinking floor plans, vendor communications, and everything in between.
- Collaborating with our diverse network - including in-house planning and sales teams, on-site event staff, and external vendors - to deliver incredible experiences for couples and guests.
Requirements:
- No wedding experience needed - just bring your enthusiasm and willingness to learn. Hospitality experience is a plus.
