We’re looking for a Front Desk Receptionist & Morning Assistant to join our team! This is a unique, part-time role combining front desk responsibilities with a hands-on hospitality role on wedding days.
What You’ll Do:
As Front Desk Receptionist:
- Welcome guests, vendors, and clients with professionalism and warmth
- Manage guest check-in and check-out process for our on-site lodging
- Answer phones, manage inquiries, and provide general information
- Direct clients to their appointments with sales or planning staff
As Morning Assistant on Wedding Days:
- Greet wedding parties arriving early to prepare for their big day
- Provide support and assistance to the wedding couple and their party
- Refill refreshments, assist with directions, and maintain a calm, supportive atmosphere
- Ensure the prep spaces remain tidy and well-stocked throughout the morning
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
- A friendly, professional demeanor and strong communication skills
- Reliability and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend availability is a must, as wedding days often fall on Saturdays and Sundays
- Previous front desk, hospitality, or event experience is a plus
