Preschool Teacher
Duties:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for preschool children
- Create a safe and nurturing learning environment for children to grow and develop
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child's unique needs
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
- Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and development
- Monitor and ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree , Associates degree or CDA in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Understanding of physical education, tutoring, math, daycare, and child welfare concepts is a plus
