Duties
- Provide attentive and compassionate care to children in a daycare setting.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development.
- Basic cleaning for closing shift
- Monitor children's behavior and implement behavior management techniques as necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Previous childcare experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- A genuine passion for childcare and early childhood education.
