The Associate Attorney will play a crucial role in providing high-quality legal services to our clients while contributing to the growth and success of our firm.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Provide legal advice and representation in various areas of law including Civil Litigation and Family Law.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and client management.
- Attend court hearings and mediations as necessary to represent clients effectively.
- Maintain organized case files and documentation to ensure compliance with legal standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on their cases and answer any inquiries.
Qualifications
Compensation :
Our small firm is offering a starting salary between $100,000-$120,00 based on experience. After a 90-day probation period, you may be eligible for a raise dependent upon meeting billable requirements, staying on top of the workload, and meeting deadlines. Attorneys can significantly bonus off of originating clients (20%). 401k eligibility after one year; all other benefits begin after probation period.
