Currently we are hiring for our Customer Outreach Representative / Lawn Care Technician position. This position is designed to train, coach, and develop our employees with the intent of advancement and better opportunities. You will work your way through different roles to gain a complete understanding of how our company operates and grows.
POSITION DETAILS:
Fall/Winter/Spring -- Marketing Representative
• Responsible for generating leads by offering free, no obligation lawn care quotes to homeowners
• Door to door community outreach, No selling is required!
• Monday-Friday
• $18 per hour incentive bonus
Spring/Summer -- Lawn Care Technician
• Perform fertilizer, weed control, and insect applications for our residential customers
• Quote potential customers in the field for lawn care services
• Monday - Friday
• $18 per hour, incentive bonus
Fall/Winter -- Marketing Team Supervisor
• Transport (with company vehicle) and supervise a team of Marketing Representatives throughout local neighborhoods
• Coach and motivate your team to achieve daily goals
• Work directly with our management team on developing goals, recruiting, and training.
• Monday - Friday,
• $18 per hour incentive bonus
