Primary Purpose of the position
The customer service representative (CSR) serves our customers’ needs and wants as they relate to their lawn care services and their property. Exceptional customer service skills are essential for the successful completion of this role. The CSR’s ultimate goal is to ensure the customers’ needs are met or exceeded each time. Receives all correspondence with customers and technical staff in a timely fashion, with high energy and a smile.
Essential functions
- Creates an environment of teamwork by having a yes attitude so the needs of our customers and each other are met.
- Anticipates the needs of our customers and makes fast decisions using good judgment consistent with company policies with minimal supervision.
- Responsible for assisting in and responding to all phone calls in a high volume, fast-paced environment, as well as emails, text, and walk in inquiries
- Providing accurate quotes for potential customers’ lawncare, and mosquito programs
- Maintains our customers’ accounts and ensures all billing is done accurately and in a timely manner
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required to meet the goals of the department.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience as well as basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Sales experience is a huge plus but not a requirement.
Confident and driven individual with strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
A positive attitude and personality are a must. Quick learner, excellent time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Education: Highschool Diploma or GED
