Position Overview:

As a Supervisor, you’ll be the driving force behind a team of neighborhood canvassing specialists, leading them to success as they go door-to-door to offer homeowners FREE, no-obligation lawn care quotes and distribute flyers. Your mission? To introduce Weed Man with confidence and enthusiasm to potential customers and help them see the value of our expert lawn care services.

This is more than just a supervisory role – it’s about being a coach, a motivator, and a mentor to your team. You’ll be responsible for leading up to 6 employees, ensuring they meet and exceed daily targets while growing and learning in their roles. This role is critical to the success of Weed Man year after year, and you’ll be an integral part of our ongoing growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead with Enthusiasm: Inspire your team to meet daily lead generation targets with energy, confidence, and excitement.
• Coach & Develop: Provide regular feedback and mentoring to improve your team's pitch, performance, and overall confidence. Help them develop both professionally and personally.
• Strategize for Success: Develop and implement strategies that help the team hit their daily goals, constantly analyzing data to improve results.
• Team Scheduling & Coordination: Ensure the team is fully staffed each night by managing schedules and assisting in recruiting new canvassing team members.
• Collaborate & Celebrate Wins: Work closely with other teams and departments, building strong relationships to drive company-wide success.
• Track & Measure Performance: Use software tools to track progress, performance, and results, and report back to management to ensure the team is on target.

Requirements & Qualifications:
