What You’ll Do: As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll visit local neighborhoods and offer homeowners a free, no-obligation lawn care estimate. You’ll learn a simple and effective pitch that’s all about introducing Weed Man, our team, and the excellent service we provide. This isn’t about selling lawn care; it’s about building connections and promoting Weed Man. If you love meeting new people, earning money, working outdoors, and forming relationships, this role is perfect for you. First impressions are key! We’ll equip you with everything you need to succeed, including use of a company vehicle, tablets, apparel, as well as training on our sales process, and information about our lawn care services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with homeowners in a friendly and professional manner
- Communicate the benefits of Weed Man’s lawn care services
- Generate leads
- Accurately record customer information and interactions
- Represent Weed Man in a positive and professional manner at all times
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
