Salary: $20hr Plus weekly Bonus
Weed Man, the largest franchised lawn care company in North America , is looking for a Door to Door Team Supervisor to join our growing team in Columbus, OH. In this role, you will be working outdoors leading a team of 5-6 Lead Generators in local neighborhoods, generating leads for our sales staff by offering homeowners the opportunity to obtain a free, no-obligation lawn care quote. No selling is required, but this is a terrific starting point for those looking to get an opportunity to showcase your talent in leading a successful team to achieve goals and build a winning culture. Transportation is provided for the entire team to perform the work.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 5-6 Lead Generators in local neighborhoods offering homeowners free, no-obligation lawn care quotes
- Conduct Daily Kickoff meetings
- Meet regularly with your team members for performance review
- Hire and Train new team members
- Meet daily engagement and lead goals
- Work within a team environment to accomplish team goals
- Responsible for team tracking reports and daily results
