Job Overview
We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Agent to join our team! In this role, you’ll make and receive calls from prospective and current customers, educating them about our services and helping them achieve a healthier lawn.
Compensation Breakdown
- Hourly Pay: $12 - $15/hr (depending on experience)
- Weekly Commission – Earn on every sale!
- Monthly Bonuses – Extra earnings for top performers
- Total Earning Potential: $40,000 - $55,000 per year based on performance
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate new sales
- Answer inbound calls from current customers regarding service inquiries
- Educate prospects on our 7-visit fertilization & weed control program and address concerns
- Close sales and schedule services to meet customer needs
- Follow up with leads to maximize conversion opportunities
- Maintain accurate records in our system
Qualifications
3 years of sales or customer service experience (phone sales preferred)
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Ability to handle objections and educate customers
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
Basic computer proficiency for data entry
