This is a year-round position- We do door-to-door marketing in our off-season. (NO SELLING REQUIRED)
Responsibilities
- Perform fertilizer, weed control, and insect applications for our residential customers.
- Quote potential customers in the field for lawn care services.
- Advocate for an integrated pest management lawn care approach.
Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable by our coverage provider
- No prior experience required. We provide on-the-job paid initial training.
- Willingness to obtain a Pesticide Applicator License. We assist you in this process.
Compensation
Our Lawn Care Specialists receive competitive compensation ($18-$25 per hour) with performance-based pay and several bonus opportunities.
