You'll work directly with our Sales Manager to gain the necessary tools to help introduce, advance and grow your team of outreach representatives.
What you'll do as an Outdoor Marketing Manager:
- Lead your team to generate qualified leads of homeowners interested in a healthier, thriving lawn for their family.
- Lead your team to generate qualified leads of homeowners interested in protecting their families, pets and loved ones from Ticks and Mosquitos.
- Lead your team to schedule prospective customers for a free information session.
- Represent our company and brand with integrity and enthusiasm
- Acquire, retain, and constantly develop industry knowledge.
- Meet and exceed our lead generation goals.
- Speak with potential customers at their home.
- Learn how to hire your own team
What you'll bring:
- Be self-driven and highly motivated.
- Have a proven track record of setting and achieving goals.
- Have a reliable mode of transportation.
- Have a cell phone with data and internet.
- Be 21 years old or older.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Able to canvass directly in residential neighborhoods.
