Mosquito Technicians also actively market Weed Man services to potential new and current clients. Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform services on client lawns, complete related paperwork of services performed and sell new services to potential & current clients. Maintain equipment, inventory, and personal appearance. Meet daily and weekly perform goals.

• Treat a client’s property with respect as if it was yours and do not skipping an area of the lawn
• Provide mosquito services to our client’s property.
• Learn to analyze and provide recommendations to improve the quality of a customer’s lawn such as noting weeds, disease, and insect.
• Actively market services to neighbors of clients and current clients.
• Complete all paperwork properly; record information in an android based device throughout the day as jobs are completed
• Complete start and end of day assigned duties such as paperwork, equipment maintenance, and shop duties like cleaning, organizing, and moving of materials
• Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential customers
• Maintain the cleanliness of the assigned truck and equipment
• Maintain a professional personal appearance
• Provide assistance in equipment repairs.
• Perform additional job duties as needed and assigned

Qualifications:

• At least 21 years old, with a valid clean record active driver’s license.
• Have a high school diploma
• A minimum of 9 months of customer service or/and general labor experience
• Previous experience in lawn care preferred, but not required
• Earn a State of Tennessee Cat 3 or 7 Lawn Care Applicator Certification within 90 days
• Able to work long hours during peak productions times
• Able to lift and carry 50 pounds, bend, squat, walk regularly throughout the day
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Excellent time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
• Able to work under minimum supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

• Pest control: 1 year (Required)
