Job Type: Seasonal, Full-time (March to November) with the ability for year around full-time.

We are looking for energetic, customer service oriented, career-minded individuals to join our successful team. The Senior Technician is responsible for making a positive impact by supporting the day-to-day activities of the Production department. The Senior Technician will work closely with the Service Manager and be expected to closely follow instructions to execute all production initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Help to manage and direct the Production department to meet and exceed customer service requirements for new and existing customers.
• Assist in facilitating training for all new and existing Technicians.
• Help supervise, schedule, assess performance, and coach Technicians.
• Ensure that all production employees are following Federal, State, and company policies, procedures, and/or regulations.
• Help perform daily technician check-ins and check-outs.
• Help to prioritize the daily workloads.
• Perform inspections on lawns and make service recommendations with customers afterwards.
• Fill in on routes as needed.
• Comprehension of mixing and loading products.
• Assist in the maintenance of production vehicles and equipment.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required to meet the goals of the company.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in lawn care is an asset, but not required.
• Ability to work in a results-oriented environment.
• Able and willing to work in various whether conditions for long periods of time.
• Able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
• Strong technical knowledge.
• Customer service oriented.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
