Position Overview:
When you join our Tulsa team, our industry-leading training will give you a strong foundational understanding of our business, services and products.
In this first position at Weed Man, you will further develop your communication and consulting skills. You will learn to engage in "meaningful discussions" where you seek to understand the potential customers’ objectives for their lawns and outdoor spaces. Then you will match our products and services with their objectives, address any concerns, and sign them up for services. Note we do not engage in aggressive or pushy sales tactics. Our goal is for the sales discussion to be the first step in an ongoing business relationship.

- Handle in-bound quote requests
- Place out-bound calls to old customers, old prospects
- Call existing customers to educate them regarding additional services we offer
- Learn about our computer software system and data management tools
- Continue to develop sales and customer service capabilities through company offered on-going training
- Accurately report statistics, sales, and account updates
- Confident and driven individual with great verbal communication skills
- Quick learner – Has the ability to learn new systems, products and services
- Positive personality – We’ll give you the tools to succeed, guaranteed
- Sales and/or customer service experience required - You must demonstrate strong communication skills during the interview
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
