The Role of an Administrative Assistant :
- Interact with customers by phone to answer questions, resolve concerns, verify customer information, and make sales
- Perform various administrative duties
- Requirements :
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean criminal record
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Advanced problem-solving skills
- Proven time management
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast paced, results-oriented environment
- Previous knowledge of MS Office considered an asset, but is not required
