Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through telemarketing and inside sales techniques to promote our products and services.
- Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs effectively.
- Describe programs and close sales aggressively while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients
Experience
- Proven experience in sales is not required, but is strongly preferred
- Strong telemarketing skills with the ability to communicate persuasively over the phone.
- Strong communication skills
- A positive attitude geared toward goal-achievement and winning your day
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
