REMOTE SALES REP (OUTBOUND)

**We are strictly hiring in states in which our franchise currently operates in. Our franchise owns Weed Man Lawn Care branches in Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas, Idaho, Utah, and Colorado. The exceptions are South Dakota and Nevada**

- Day work hours 9 AM to 6 PM CST Monday through Thursday and 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM CST Friday. No holidays! No Sundays! Some Saturday overtime available during the Spring season (April through June). Please note, training hours may vary from the regular sales hours.
What's expected of me as an Outbound Sales Associate?
- We’re looking for motivated, friendly, coachable & punctual individuals to join our team.
- You will also receive customer service, outbound sales & agronomic training.
- Our team makes outbound sales calls all year round. (No cold calls)
- We need closers!

Weed Man Lawn Care provides an environmentally responsible approach to fertilization, weed control and pest management for residential lawns. We take pride in our commitment to superior products and building relationships with our customers!
**Must have a computer with an I5 generation processor or equivalent, Solid State Drive, 8GB RAM (Chromebooks are not compatible), and meet minimum speed requirements for internet services. No computer is provided from the company.**

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
