We’re looking for a Quality Manager to lead, coach, and support our team of lawn care specialists. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring service excellence, growing team capabilities, and driving customer satisfaction across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach, train, and supervise a team of field technicians and trainees to exceed customer expectations.
- Evaluate service quality and implement strategies to reduce customer complaints and cancellations.
- Facilitate continuous training in customer service, technical skills, and safety protocols.
- Set goals and expectations for service performance, production, and sales.
- Promote a culture of teamwork, safety, and accountability within the team.
- Conduct daily and weekly staff meetings to ensure alignment and drive team performance.
- Monitor team output for quality, accuracy, and adherence to company procedures.
Requirements
- Pesticide applicator’s license
- Minimum 2 years of experience in lawn care, horticulture, or agronomy
- 2 years of supervisory or management experience
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication and time management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
