As a Lawn Care Operations Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of lawn care operations within our company. You will be responsible for supervising staff, managing schedules, maintaining equipment, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Team Management:
- Supervise, train, and mentor lawn care technicians and crew members.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on skills and workload.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Operations Oversight:
- Plan and schedule lawn care services, including fertilizing, weed control, and pest management.
- Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and company standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Develop efficient routes for service delivery to optimize productivity.
- Customer Relations:
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and address service-related issues promptly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities for upselling services to existing customers.
- Quality Assurance:
