Job Title : Lawn Care Operations Manager As a Lawn Care Operations Manager, you will oversee and manage all lawn care operations within our company.
This role involves planning, organizing, and coordinating the day-to-day activities of our lawn care teams to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
You will supervise staff, manage schedules, maintain equipment, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities : Team Management : Supervise, train, and mentor lawn care technicians and crew members.
Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on skills and workload. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Develop efficient routes for service delivery to optimize productivity.
Customer Relations : Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and address service-related issues promptly. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Identify opportunities for upselling services to existing customers. Quality Assurance : Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of service.
Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure workmanship meets company guidelines. Address any quality issues or deficiencies promptly and implement corrective actions.
