Job Description:
- Develop a strategic sales plan for the company
- Aggressively prospect and generate new relationships and clients
- Manage lead qualification and conversion from interested prospects
- Develop a portfolio through prospecting and existing contacts, as well as can work with the marketing team to target specific users and use cases
- Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and promotion events; Leverage social media (WeChat, Facebook， LinkedIn etc.) and other digital platforms to generate leads and engage current and potential students
Required skills:
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required
- Demonstrated sales leadership ability across a variety of settings
- Knowledge of sales principles and practices
- Passion for helping advance the mission of the company
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated self-starter with a commitment to achieve results
- Respect for individuals' diverse experiences and the ability to work effectively with people from a variety of backgrounds
- Experience in the education industry is a plus
